"Another Medium" is an EDM remix of the track with the same name from Undertale's OST. The track would play while Frisk traveled Frostland, but was scrapped when "Another EDM" was released. The track was originally released in April 21, 2016, alongside "Hills of Adventure", "Sands Approaching", and "Stone Tower Temple".
